Innovation & Research Awards 2009

Applications are now open for DHB employees and health service contractors to enter the BOP DHB Innovation and Research Awards 2009.

These awards showcase favourable innovative initiatives or research undertaken and completed within the last year (July 2008 – June 2009).

Entering the Awards involves submitting an Application Form, detailing an abstract of the innovation/research and if short listed to the final six, presenting for 10 minutes to an audience and judging panel.

Groups or services can enter as well as individuals

There are three categories, with the money to be used to attend educational events:

• 1^st prize $4,000
• 2^nd prize $3,000
• 3^rd prize $2,000

Presentations will occur on Thursday 15 October 2009 at Mills Reef, Tauranga from 5.00pm onwards.

Dinner will be provided.

Winners will be announced on the night
