Penny Horton, the Nurse / Midwife Recruiter, works closely with the Director of Nursing, the Midwife Leader, Nurse/Midwife managers and the Human Resource Recruitment team towards the recruitment and retention of high calibre staff. She welcomes enquiry from nurses and midwives in New Zealand and overseas around such topics as current vacancies, the processes to follow, rejoining the nursing workforce, getting New Zealand registration – the aim is to support you and smooth your pathway into the organisation.
