Why haven’t I received my payment?

Has your invoice been received by HealthPac? You can contact our contracts administrator to find out.

Some possible reasons why your invoice may not be processed.

  1. Incorrect GST calculation

     Your rate of GST is written in your contract:

    • GST Exempt = 0%
    • Rest home and residential care = 10.25%
    • Long term hospital care =10.75%
    • Normal = 12.5%
  2. Incomplete details eg missing agreement number, price volume or purchase unit ID code
  1. Late invoice – HealthPac must receive your invoice prior to the due date in order for you to be paid by the expected date.  If you are running late you can fax the invoice and header to Invoice Approvals (03 474 8582) in order to meet the deadline and post the originals.
  2. Agreement number does not match the service. Check that you are referring to the current invoice header from HealthPac with your latest agreement number.  Each agreement variation has a unique number (HealthPac Dunedin agreements).
