- accommodation
- catering
- cleaning
- linen and laundry
- security
- main reception /front of house
- chaplaincy services
- surplus equipment
These areas support the facilities and the clinical staff to enable delivery to patients in a coordinated way. At the hospital sites we want clinical staff to be able to concentrate on their specialised services, knowing that there are other staff to take responsibility for the peripheral services that ensure seamless and quality service to patients.
Non-Clinical services will deliver efficiently and proactively, with an attitude of ‘how can we help’ and ‘nothing is impossible.’ We recognise our part in the bigger picture of service delivery to customers and good patient outcomes.
