An exciting opportunity is available in our Mental Health & Addiction Services in Whakatane.  We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic people to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service or Community Mental Health Services based in Whakatane.  These are full-time positions based in a community setting with supportive teams. 

Whakatane Hospital is situated in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, a coastal region of the North Island of New Zealand. It is known for its magnificent coastline, pleasant climate, diverse culture and close access to forests, rivers and lakes. There is easy access to the contrasting experiences of city living, wilderness environments and is within an hour and half drive of both Tauranga and Rotorua.

If you have:

• A degree in Clinical Psychology 
• Membership of the relevant Professional Association or working towards Membership
• Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary Team
• Clean driver’s license
