Tauranga Hospital is seeking volunteers - are you interested?
Tauranga Hospital is seeking community-minded people interested in becoming
volunteers.
Hospital spokesperson Carol Wollaston says the hospital is looking for people
from all walks of life who can offer a few hours each week to do voluntary work
in a number of roles, such as ward hosts, parking wardens, patient campus
transport drivers, meet and greet hosts and Medical records helpers.
People who are interested in volunteering can apply to become a volunteer. Training will be provided for all
volunteers, and key attributes are a friendly, helpful attitude and a
willingness to learn. People of all
ages are welcome.
